Leaders are explorers, pioneers, and adventurers, bravely putting one foot in front of the other to lead with the courage and conviction in this rapidly changing world and in so doing, discover so much more about themselves. Leading is a learning adventure, and a learning community is a dynamical and complex place full of wonder, possibilities, challenges, and rewards. Therefore, it requires teams to think flexibly and cohesively when challenges arise to ensure there is ongoing improvement and advancement of an organization’s mission, vision, and values to meet the demands of the 21st century.
In the last 10 years, she has trained and certified over 200 leaders in Cognitive Coaching across the globe and has presented workshops at international conferences such as the EARCOS Leadership Conference. She will pair her Cognitive Coaching and Dare to Lead™️ skills to train, coach, and consult for leadership teams and is excited to see people’s lives and workplaces transformed.
