Megara Kastner, as Founder and Principal of Collaborative Group Dynamics, LLC, has over 30 years of experience in leadership-related fields. She provides consulting in: strategic planning, mediation, coaching, leadership development, team culture development facilitation, and training.

Personally, Megara has worked in local, state, and federal governments, nonprofits, medical settings, higher education, and business at various levels from executive director to front line worker. These experiences give her the practical foundation for her consulting work.

Megara holds a Ph.D. in Education and Human Services from Colorado State University. She specializes in working with groups to assist them in developing open communication and continued success strategies.
