Enhance and Strengthen Non-verbal and Verbal Communication

Learn how to build trust and rapport, use paraphrasing strategically to communicate that you are listening and trying to understand, ask mediative questions, and show employees and colleagues that they are valued and supported. ‘

This course uses a combination of research from Dr. Brené Brown, Art Costa, Bob Garmston, and the field of neuroscience.
